At Shivani Tops, every kurti is carefully quality-checked before it leaves our hands. We take pride in the craft and care that goes into each piece and we want you to love what you receive.
We do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final.
However, we understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky when shopping online. That's why we offer a hassle-free exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Exchange Conditions:
We accept exchanges only if:
- The exchange request is raised within 3 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
- All original tags are intact
- The product has no stains, damage, or alterations
How to Request an Exchange:
- Email us at shivanitops09@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order
- Mention your Order ID and the size you need
- Share a photo of the product clearly showing the issue or size mismatch
- Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with next steps
Important Notes:
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer an exchange for a different product of equal value
- Shipping charges for exchange are to be borne by the customer
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
